Main use

The high temperature brazing furnace can be used in many industries, such as automobile, diesel engine, aero-space & aviation, air conditioning, refrigeration, gas water heater and so on for carbon steel, stainless steel, cooper ceramic parts' brazing and bright heat treatment.

Features

Muffle can work longer, and it is guranteed generally for 1.5 years under normal condition (1120℃) and for 3 years when under lower temperatures (less than 950℃).
Cooling muffle has good performance, and there will be no oxidation of the brazing parts.
Heat exchanger is in the cooling section, which can speed up the cooling process.
Individual Continuous Variable Control System (ICVC) ensures very high temperature accuracy and uniformity. The furnace temperature stability can reach ±1℃.
Automatic control with multiple protective features ensures the safety of both furnace and operators.
